Orlando Bosch Ávila
In February 2004, during a long interview aired on Channel 22, Bosch justified the bombing of the Cuban commercial airliner and boasted of his role in eleven attempts at carrying out military actions against Cuba over the previous 10 years and his three attempts to assassinate President Castro: in Chile, Nicaragua and Spain. Bosch receives ovations every time he appears in public with important politicians.

Freddy Lugo
Born in Venezuela. One of the terrorists that placed the bomb on the Cubana de Aviacion plane that blew up over Barbados in 1976, costing the lives of 73 civilians. He belonged to a group of alleged private detectives that were under the direction of Luis Posada Carriles. The group carried out terrorist acts against Cuban entities abroad and against other countries that maintained diplomatic relations with Cuba.

Born in Venezuela. Terrorist that together with Freddy Lugo placed the bombs on the Cubana de Aviacion plane that blew up over Barbados in 1976, costing the lives of 73 civilians. He worked for the criminal Luis Posada Carriles in a private detective firm that served as a cover for terrorist actions against Cuban entities abroad and against other countries that maintained diplomatic relations with Cuba.
